    Sounds like here. I asked at City Hall if there was someone who could help me understand ordinances about keeping chickens in town, like, three or so hens in a backyard coop. The receptionist said, "Oh, no, I don't think that's allowed." I mean, she was polite, so I'm not trying to slam her...
