Kates first clutch hatched today. Looks like 3 so far.

Took the nephew and a buddy of mine to go get sweetie and maple. I think they like their new space. Jake moved down the road (next block over) with the guy who does our horses hooves. Hes got a girl for jake and lots of chicken friends! Plus a bigger pasture. He took to the chickens like ducks...

Our neighbors dog got loose last week and the boys scared that pup so bad. It was hilarious.

When we introduced ours we let them see eachother through a gate and gave the cat who had been there free run while the other had only the room. A week or so of this and with many places to hide/escape eachother, ours have seemed to like eachother. though like humans, they dont always get along.
