i know that the incubation time is 21 days my question is how long does it take for a ckick to get out of its shell once it starts to hatch. i have one that has started a dimesize hole but hasen't progressed much further

for several months now The white leghorns I have had continuosly leak white poo from their vents leaving them chapped and featherless on their bum. Bagbalm seems to relieve the chap but does anybody have a cure for the leak. The brown leghorns I have are 100% just the whites have had this issue...

I have been monitering my birds and it seems that their loose stool is spreading. I had a couple early this year with it but it didn't spread until recently. That coupled with them plucking each other well their getting kinda beatup looking. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions...
I did feed just corn for a couple of weeks, until I could get 20% pellets back to their feeder. I also doubled the size of their coop but that didn't seem to affect them being they have had bigger housing for over a month and a half.
