    I know this is a late (years late) response.... Planning on purchasing the Imperial Trip-Pod Waterer. My plan is to use a carboy (wine making jug) drill attached cleaner.

    Equal numbers 6 and 6. To make it even more interesting We also have an extremely broody hen (going on about 5 or 6 weeks). When we take her out of the nesting box, they all avoid her.

    And rooster wear is.... If it requires a rooster, we don't have one, unless one of the dominant hens is causing it.

    Our chickens first winter and we believe the first molt. Chickens are 7months. So, molting or something else? Next question: Why molt in the winter, when you'd think having more feathers would be beneficial?

    Thermometer in the coop

    Chris, What range do you have the sensor at. I find the units we purchased for the house (accurate and Oregon scientific). The range states 100', but once you throw a wall in there it drops to about 20.
