I would get them used to the temperatures outside first by letting them out during the day, and bringing them inside at night for maybe two weeks. As they still have down baby feathers they are still susceptible to chilly temps. :)
I have found that if you raise them from a young age they rarely become aggressive towards you, I even had a pet bourbon red tom that would follow me around my yard and garden with me :)
You may want to make sure they are cockerels before you give them away- I spent a good 10 weeks thinking one of my "pullets" was a boy, as I was going off physical traits but it turned out that she was just a hen with a large comb! Congrats on the new pets, though! :)

Have you checked her crop? Could be impacted or sour crop, this happened to my hen one day hopefully you caught it early if it is a crop issue, isolate and feel crop for a hard mass and massage downwards

Did the scrub-slather-spray ordeal...silkies were surprisingly compliant, just worried now about keeping them separated so new pullets don't get mites :P
