    So, my golden laced Wyandotte s the first to lay... Have got 5 eggs now... But she is laying every second day... Is this normal? Will she go 1 a day eventually?

    We had our first egg today, and loads of clucking after... So proud!! Once they lay one, do they just keep going, or do they sort of warm up to their standard weekly lay? I'm in Melbourne, Australia, and we're a week from Spring starting, so I'm hoping they all get on the lay!!

    No puss, just clear foamy. She is happy for me to wipe her eye and she's happy eating now... She's far more alert than yesterday.
