Gender and breed please help!
These three are are now 8 weeks old. They were supposed to be 3 cuckoo Maran hens. My question is that are these actually cuckoo Marans or barred rocks? If you up look at the feet the feet they seem yellow? Also is the one with the red crest and wattle in fact a male? They are all so friendly...- Firsttimematanchicks

They all hatched the same day. The one with less feathers seems to be quite friendly and comes to us when we are out more so than the other two. Here’s another picture to show feathers and size difference. Thanks for all your help!- Firsttimematanchicks

Sexing Maran Chicks Help Please!
Can anyone help sexing these 3 3-week old chicks? Two have very similar feather development and one is still quite fuzzy with less feathers. Although all three yellow head spots are similar in size and colour. What do you think? Thanks!- Firsttimematanchicks
