Can anyone help sexing these 3 3-week old chicks? Two have very similar feather development and one is still quite fuzzy with less feathers. Although all three yellow head spots are similar in size and colour. What do you think?
Thanks!

I am going to guess that the one on the far fight with less feathers in second pic is a male!

Just what I feared!!! Thanks!
It is just a guess, mind you! I practiced checking wing feathers on my last two batches of chicks. I noticed that the ones I guess with the wings were males, also took longer to grow tail feathers and seemed to feather out slower than the females. But I was told by many here that you can only tell this buy certain breeds. Do you notice a difference in size at all?

Did they all hatch on the same day? or was there a day or two difference? Do you notice any other behavior? Does that one pick on the others or vice versa? Does it peck at your more or less than the others?

They all hatched the same day. The one with less feathers seems to be quite friendly and comes to us when we are out more so than the other two. Here’s another picture to show feathers and size difference. Thanks for all your help!

Ok, I am going to still stick with my first guess. I am glad it is friendly and sweet. I read that initially the females can pick on the males. But from the ones I hatched that turned out male, they did seem to bite me alot when they were young more than the females.
