Aww that's sad. Im sorry to hear that. I'm sure you did everything you could, just like I did as you say sometimes these things happen. , I never get any work done because im always in garden seeing to them. It's hard not to get too attached to these lovely animals. -

Okay so I spoke with my breeder where I got my quails from she said they should be okay to put the nearly 5week old in with my older (11 weeks). I observed them all straight away. My dominant male pounced repeately onto the chicks. I grabbed him but he wouldnt let go. It was scary I can't bare... -
