    I believe it's still young from what others have posted. The other feedback I've gotten is 11-13 weeks ... Cockerel as well .

    Yes, he's got pretty coloring . He's got purples and greens . He's really small. My other chickens weren't taking to him too well , but they are all doing well now. He joined them on the roost. Is this breed aggressive ?

    Really ? It's a small little bird. It's very docile. What do you think it's mixed with ? So it is a cockerel ? It's not making any typical cockerel sounds, but it might just be a baby still . It was super hungry , poor thing. I'm happy to have him.

    Adopted this bird today. It's owner could not tell me what it is. Can anyone take a crack at it? I have no clue. Could it be a hen or a rooster? It's a punk rock chicken with feathered feet. I can't find a breed that matches any of its features. Thank You so much!!! You all are the experts. :)

    Wow !! Thank you!! He is as big as my full grown Americauna cockerel. He is only less than 4 months old. I guess he will be a biggen.

    Yes, they were from a hatchery. It's just hard to tell. We keep thinking rooster , I guess we'll see. I've seen pictures of hens with large combs though as well .

    They have not started laying. I have two Giants and 3 Australops. This one pictured is the largest of the group.

    I have 3 Australops and 2 Jersey Giants. I can't tell them apart except for this one . These ladies and gents were hatched out on July 20. This one is twice the size of all the rest . Is this a roo or a hen?... We suspect roo , but he's not crowing yet and lets the others boss him around...
