    Secure a mirror to the side of the brooder. It worked like a charm for me. She's lonely and the reflection helps.

    I agree with the mirror trick. I had to do it this summer with a lonely day old chick. It was sweet and sad at the same time.She would chirp and peck at it and snuggle up next to it at night.
