I noticed that one of my roosters crowing and sounding like he was drowning then my other Rooster had a really yucky goopy swollen eye so I called Ifa and talked to their chicken expert and she gave me this medication. It's helped everything except my icky eyed rooster still had a swollen eye...

My hen had been killing my chicks once they start to hatch so I'm going to take this chick that is trying to hatch out now, and put it in a seperate home. What temperature should this area be for the chick?

So my flock is very skinny and I have upped their food and they ara healthy other than the skinniness! I switched to 20% protein and nothing has happened...can someone give me some advice as to how I can "fatten" them up?

OK so I had 9 eggs under my broody hen and 3 were killed. So I moved her to the garage in a dog kennel and monitored her from there. Saturday a chick hatched but was formed wrong (organs were falling out it's vent). She ate what came out of the chick that was left behind (is that normal?). Today...

Yesterday evening my hen was killed by a raccoon and my roosters neck was pulled at and his chest feathers are gone. I need help please! He can stand a little with my help and takes a few drops of water every 45 min to an hour! He has been pooping but not eating...when he stands his neck will go...

My small coop was attacked by a creature that left behind dark black poop, and pulled the neck of my rooster and left my hen headless. My hens breast was scooped out threw the wire and the neck was chewed on. My rooster is lifting his head a little and took some water but he was left in the sun...

My hens have a very soft, moist, slimy, and light green stool! They start laying in the spring and fall but anytime during the summer or winter (no matter the weather) they wont lay eggs! They are all over a year old and they have a rooster. There is a sheet put up so they can hide from the dogs...
