    A week ago today I was excited to post a photo of our very first egg. As of yesterday we have gathered 8 over the past week. 2 in one nest box yesterday. I can't wait to get home and see what we have today. So awesome!!

    Eggs developing spots once in fridge??

    I noticed you mentioned about an egg being room temp before going into the fridge and not being "just laid hot". I am new to this, in fact just got my first eggs last Wednesday. What is the correct time frame to leave the egg in the nest before it goes to the fridge???
