    I’m building a new coop with the help of my generous brother who’s a carpenter. My chicks should arrive on the 17th. The temperature here gets down to 60 at this time of year. Would they be ok to just put them outside in the coop or should I start out with a warmer inside the house?

    Hi I’ma new member! I had a small flock of four. Two light Brahmas and two Buff Orpingtons. They taught me a lot. I lost them this winter in a fire and miss them so much. I’m getting ready to get another flock and am excited about having chickens again.
