We also just moved so they have a tiny pool for now while we set up their new pool. Hopefully she'll be okay once we finish the pool since she hasn't really been in the water as much as before. We did take her to the vet and they did X rays, they said that they wanted to do exploratory surgery but she'd be awake the whole thing since anesthesia doesn't work on ducks or somwthing like that and I don't want to put her through that. Not only that the closest duck surgeon is 6 hours away... -

I also don't believe that they killed her but they did cause her to weaken since my brother had gotten her out and took her inside to tend for her wounds this morning and in the afternoon she later passed -

I understand this as well since there's always a possibility. My mom said that she left for a few minutes before returning and seeing Alex biting her. She also mentioned the bites looked like the duck bites so im not so sure anymore -

It wasn't another animal since my mom said she saw them picking at her, I belive as another user said it was a wire cloth that I use? It's meant to keep them safe from predators.
