Yay!!!! 3 eggs hatched with 3 to come!!! 1 rolled out whil hatching, got the best footage but unfortunatly could not get back into the nest. Pickied it up stone cold and put it under momma and it''s a different bird!! I got a brooder pen so she and the chicks will be away from the rest. Cutest...

I don't care when my hens are past thier laying days. They have done well and good for you by providing you eggs. The only way you can pay them back is by giving them love in thier old years. Stupid people should think before they GET any pet, chicken, hamster, dogs whatever.

Hi Gallo I really don't think it's a poultry tick, because now I remember, when I was looking after a hedgehog I saved, I found one just like it and stamped on it. The hens don't have any, so I don't need to worry :) will get rid of it. :)

My cockerel has 1 tick on him but that is all there is the hens don't have any. There isn't enough crevasise for them. It's a little grey one I wonder if it's because I just got him.

Hey there . So, my granddad gave me a new cockrel. But he is really aggressive! He won't let me near my hens . How am I meant to get near the hens without me trying to attack me? Thank you!

Hey there . . So, my Grandad got me a cockrel. But I don't know lots about keeping chicks. Do they need to be kept inside? Will one of the hens look after them? Will they get hurt by the cockrel or other hens? Can males live together if raised together since birth? ( I don't really expect that...
