I thought my Lucy had a feather stuck i her eye after finding her today with her eye stuck shut, but this white thing does not come out with a flush or a gentle pull. I don't want to pull too forcefully in case it is a part of her eye that has been injured. Anyone else know eye anatomy well...
I've been going out there and putting antibiotic on his feet every day and it's not getting better. I am thinking of bringing him in every night for a soak and then antibiotic ointment. You don't think one hour inside every night for treatment will effect his acclimation to the cold do you?

There isn't much foraging happening here in the dead of winter. I did ask about possible frost bite but I think my question got lost in the wrap or no wrap debate.
