Duck eye problem

I thought my Lucy had a feather stuck i her eye after finding her today with her eye stuck shut, but this white thing does not come out with a flush or a gentle pull. I don't want to pull too forcefully in case it is a part of her eye that has been injured. Anyone else know eye anatomy well enough to know what I should do here?

to be clear, she does have an eyeball, I am just lifting her top lid so you can see above it.

Possibly part of her eye lid. Do you have Terramycin eye ointment? I would start using it.
