Eye problem duck

My duck has both her eyes like this though this is the worse eye. I had a chicken which was pecking at her eyes and recently have rehomed her due to this and i have been using an eye wash for her to help clear it up. It did seem to work but now it's worse again and ive noticed she's sneezing. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and how to treat it as no vets near me see poultry and im quite rural. Ive looked online and thought maybe bubble eye or mycoplasma. Any info much appreciated thankyou

Does she have water deep enough to dunk her whole head into?

Yes she has a pool and i have a stream that runs through my garden aswell for her to go in. Other than the symptoms i have put she seems perfectly fine and eating well etc
