    Are you wanting someone to process your birds? I think you may get more satisfaction than you think by doing it yourself. I had to put one of mine down and as sad as it was I went ahead and tried to do the processing myself. That was a sad effort but..... I am determined to learn and do better...

    Thank you all for your help. I have a few BCM already but from what I have been reading they are not great stock. I will hang around in the background, reading your poststo see if I want to get involved in the breeding of these birds. I have a lot to learn if I go that rout.
