    What kind of shoes do you wear out to the chickens?

    I have a pair of knock off Crocs, that I affectionately call my "Croc-Offs". They stay by the back door, when I go work with the girls I slip them on, if they get dirty, and they do, I just rinse them off and leave them outside to dry and bring them back in later in the day. Slip on shoes rock!

    What Type of Chick Starter Grower Do You Use?

    I am currently using Acco Feeds Paymaster Chick Starter-Grower medicated crumbles until the chicks get 6 weeks old. Is 6 weeks too early to switch to a layer feed? What brand and type should I go with until they reach 20 weeks? Acco, Purina, Nutrena??? Thanks!
