Well when people say your starter needs to be at least a week old for it to make dough rise LISTEN TO THEM 😭 I got a very dense loaf. Still tasted great though lol- GracePoultry

Well I’ve got my first loaf in the oven now!! I cheddar jalapeño loaf with the peppers I got from my garden. Last night when I was done with the first rise I looked at the recipe and it said they then needed to rise overnight for another 12 hours 😭 I was very impatient lol- GracePoultry

Created duck off balance.
Thanku!! Right now they are on completely kalmbach flock raiser pellets which have 45mg of niacin per pound. Normally they get purina flock raiser crumbles with kalmbach mixed in whenever I have some extra money. I don’t know the nutritional info for that off the top of my head- GracePoultry
