PLEASE HELP PROLAPSED VENT GRAPHIC

Please help I’ve never felt with this before! I was just out hanging out with my chickens and i noticed refried bean was standing weird so i went over to her and i see this im so scared i dont know what to do

Hey I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. Can you give her a warm Epsom salt bath? (2 tablespoons salt per cup of water) Gently massage her abdomen, keep her in a clean dry space inside, and give her water and calcium tablets but no food for now. That's a relatively minor prolapse, she should be okay. Repeat an Epsom salt bath as often as you can and keep us updated

Since the prolapse went back inside already, I would skip the soak. Those are good if the prolapse is still out and they are getting soiled. I would give a human calcium citrate tablet with vitamin d3 which can be found at Walmart in the vitamin aisle pretty cheap. Here is a link:

Tums may be used until you get calcium. Give one today, and repeat if ahe has another prolapse. Make sure that she is passing droppings.
