    I kept my eye on her for several days but never saw her pass it. It's probably still in there but she has a good appetite and is pretty active.

    We had a hen that ate a large elastic once, she seemed to think it was a worm. My neighbor and I chased her around trying to get it away from her while she ran madly about trying to eat it before we got her.Think Laurel and Hardy.. didn't seem to bother her.

    I have a Mille fleur D'uccle rooster that is beautiful . He protects the flock from hawks while free ranging. His small size means he eats less. he's not aggressive unless you try to handle him, then watch out!

    I had one that big. It had 3 yolks in it. Still don't know which of my hens laid it. Ouch!

    OK, this is Gracie. Its nit a great picture but her feet are very feathered. Blue Cochin I think. Yes?
