I built a coop with an attached run for when hawks are present but i plan to free range them as much as possible. How many hens can fit comfortably in a 4x5 coop? Its has some height as well. Run is 12ft.

awesome thanks :) i just wasnt sure if the huddling was a sign of being cold, scared or just normal for some chicks when turning off the lights. The two up top have been roosting at night up there for weeks now so i knew they would be fine just wanted to make sure all of them were good.

She is only 5 weeks, hatched Feb 22nd. That is why i thought it was a little early to determine but the comment about it being a roo came from a family member that is very familiar with chickens so i became concerned. Thanks for your opinion :)

I have a GLW and both my wyandottes have been called roos already just trying to see if anyone on here has any advice. "She" is just over 5 weeks i know its early just wondering why someone might say its a roo?? Thanks for helping shes in the middle
