    Anyone up to set their eggs on Valentine's day with me?

    I started a hatch Sunday night at 7:00PM. I will be along for the ride. I have 27 chicken eggs in at the present and may start 12 to 14 more this Sunday.

    What breed of Geese do I have?

    I have 2 geese that I thought were Toulouse. However, all the pics I have seen of Toulouse geese they have a yellow bill. Mt 2 have heavy black bills with almost black feet. Sorry I have no pics, I may post some tomorrow if need be.

    Sex-link chicks.

    I am thinking about doing some sex-link hatching but have a couple questions? A red-sex link means the hen is red? What color are the roo's? With a black sex-link the hen is black, what is the color of the roo?

    Good. I have eggs that I will have to switch around next week. I ordered some from here and have some already started so I need to do some shuffling around.

    Has anyone ever switched eggs from a still air bator to a forced air bator halfway through the hatch? Just wandering if it would cause problems.

    Ameraucanas as meat birds?

    Are Ameraucanas decent meat birds? I have a bunch in the incubator and may not keep them all for layers. How are they as layers?
