    slipped tendon

    so one of my baby turkeys (3 weeks old) slipped a tendon and i traveled 100 miles to see a bird vet. the vet was nice and all. show me how to wrap its leg and stuff. she also gave me meds called Meloxicam for the swelling and pain but didnt know if this will effect the meat or eggs if the turkey...

    wow thats a big group of chicks lol i think theres a way to figure out the sex by looking at the layers of the first set of feathers. one layer of feathers are boys, two layers are girls. but thats just what i have read and im not a professional :P Good Luck and hope they're not all roosters lol...

    i believe the sizing is no less then 2 feet spacing per adult chicken and no less than 1 foot above per adult chicken so they have room to stretch their wings a bit and lay eggs comfortably. good luck and take pics :D
