    I found one of my five month old hens sitting outside her house laying down with her wings spread out and her beak open. I picked her up and laid her in to her perch mates and she just laid there. Got her to drink some water with penicillin in it later that evening. The next day she was still...

    I just went out to go check on her and she's dead. Should I consider taking her body to a vet to see if it was anything that could have been spread to the remaining flock?

    She took a drop or two. Not much. I tried dipping the tip of her beak in a little bowl of milk to no avail.
