Well, I'm hoping to pick out the best ones and keep them for breeding, and sell the spares for Xmas dinners. I don't think they'll be full size by this Xmas though so there's every chance I'll end up keeping them all if they're friendly and they've all got different little turkey personalities. -

What to do with the "early bird"?
Well, they can go up to 72 hours without food or water after hatching, so it would almost certainly be fine in there. I've done that before and it's always worked out okay. But it can get a bit annoying when they start kicking the other eggs all over the place. I tend to go in quickly, take out...- Gypsy07

humidity after hatch?
Your unhatched chicks will not drown due to 90% humidity at this point. If your humidity has been correct throughout the incubation and your eggs have already lost the correct amount of moisture, they'll be fine. Chicks drown inside their shells when your humidity has been consistently too...- Gypsy07
