She was eating and drinking this morning but declined a bit throughout day, I gave her selenium and vitamin E and some other people recommended activated charcoal for potential botulism so I also ended up giving her that later in the day. Thank you! I will see how she is in the morning.
We aren’t sure what breed this chicken is. She is a smaller breed and black with white on her head. No feathers on feet. Anyone know what she might be?
I’m not sure, we had 1 chicken who got it and the rest were fine but then they all slowly started to get it one by one until they were all gone. We even quarantined them but it must have already got to them. Started off they were just wobbly and then they couldn’t stand and then they couldn’t...
All of our chickens got that same thing 2 years and they all died. I would say mericks that’s what ours had. We had to burn everything to get rid of it. Just got new chickens this year and so far they are good.
We got this hen from the brown egg layers bin and aren’t sure what kind of chicken she is. She started laying at 4 months old. Does anyone know what kind of chicken she is?
We still can’t figure what kind of chicken this is. We think maybe prairie bluebell but they haven’t started laying so we don’t know if they have blue eggs. Does anyone know what kind she is?
