Sick chicken, help!

My chicken is hanging and kind of swaying her neck and wobbles when she walks. What does she have and how can I help her???

Is she able to eat/drink?

What do you feed, including treats?

It looks like she may have Wry Neck. I'd try vitamin therapy to see if she improves.

Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg for the uptake of E.

She was eating and drinking this morning but declined a bit throughout day, I gave her selenium and vitamin E and some other people recommended activated charcoal for potential botulism so I also ended up giving her that later in the day. Thank you! I will see how she is in the morning.
