    That`s sure a gorgeous color!!! Well we have the Brahmas now and hubby already has a name for the rooster. But I misunderstood thinking they are over 2 years old. They are just 29 weeks, not month. So quite happy. Now just decide if we look for light once as well. These guys still need to grow :ya

    Most hatcheries do not want to Deal with the paperwork required. It can be done, but either order to Border town and drive across the Border which is what we will try this Summer. Or Murray hatchery, you pay For extra import paperwork and they Ship across as far as I know. With the Exchange...

    That's to bad, seen a few now that sell chicks, but non local. It's shipping or Just hatching eggs. Planning to go to Wetaskiwin and will try to sell our Welsh Harlequin drake there. Will see How that goes. We like the Saxony Ducks better.

    I am in the German Lakenfelder Facebook group, there is really nothing up here for them. Someone from Drayton Valley says has some on the Canadian Heritage Facebook group, but than have heard nothing anymore. Will probably drive to Calgary to get more... Can not find ANYTHING else. :duc

    For Orpingtons there is Greendale Farm in Chilliwack. But I tried to get quotes for chicks to Alberta and have not heard back from them. Maybe google them and give it a try? Best of luck :frow

    :hit So they do not ship ANY live birds to Canada. Only equipment. Thats what I thought, but now I know. Found someone that does the border crossing, so may team up to get some other lines into Alberta that way. :bow

    There is a close ome that lists birds, but bad experience with them last year. And breeder usually have better quality than hatcheries. Got some turkeys and some more SLW. But true Lakenfelders are tough. So will keep looking :jumpy
