    chickens dont normally throw up, if it was water then it has probably just put its head down after a drink and it hasnt gone down properly. alternative, when it was picked up the crop may have been pressed and its come up from there. Call a vet but ask for a bird specialist vet specifically.

    I think the third image looks like a rooster. The comb is quite large. I have two 9 week old hens and theirs are not this big, but mine look older than yours. Id say it looks 6-8 weeks old. The grey/ black might be older.
