    Have you used snow/safety fencing?

    Has anyone on BYC used safety fencing (aka snow fencing) for their chicken run? I want to use something that is cheap, light and portable. I would run an electric fence outside. The birds would be put in a coop when it's dark, but would it work for daytime?

    Don't risk it! A friend of mine lost their entire chicken coop (50+ show chickens) to a heat lamp. It caught on fire, but the fire department was too late. play it safe.

    Does the APA register chickens in a similar fashion as the AKC with dogs? I asked around today at the county Fair, but couldn't get a consistent response. If I wanted to buy a registered bird, how would I go about doing that? And could I register the offspring? Thanks in advance!

    It is not actually a concern w/ reptiles. Superworms cannot survive inside of a reptile
