    The other hens steer clear of her, I have 3 nest boxes right next to each other, they will use the farthest from her, but most go into the nest on the opposite side of the coop. They are very well behaved!

    Well if you were close to me, I would give you a free Roo....and they are very shy and stay away from anyone entering the coop.

    And they are beautiful boys, very well behaved.....and they do have very shrill crows, high pitched, whereas my RIR's are very low pitched crows, I got these with a batch of hens from a neighbor, she let them run wild, so they could be mixed, but these were the only type of chickens she had...

    Thanks for everyone's replies, I have got to rehome 2 maybe 3 of these guys, just want to make sure they go to a good home. Anyone have any ideas of the best way to rehome them? I know I could put them on craigslist, I just don't want them to be table food, I couldn't bear it. Brian
