    Coop Medium for Concrete Floor

    Very interesting, I am getting ready to build an 8x8 foot hen house and am considering a concrete flloor. Then covering it with vinyl. I live in the High Desert in California and have snake and rodent issues. I am thinking that the concrete will help keep those out.

    My sand stays dry, as I have a roof over the whole thing. Due to the severe heat here we had to cover everything. We sometimes get over 115 degrees in the shade. I have a fine rake and just rake the pen out a couple of times per week.
