Has anyone ever crossed a Blue Copper Marans Roo with a red sex link. Im curious how these will turn out.

I crossed my Blue Copper Maran Rooster with a Red Sex Link hens. The Babies came out so cool. They have the feathers on their legs as well.

Got lucky a little and rehomed some.

The sun is hitting them a little better today. You can see that they are getting a green hue to their heads. Its weird all the other harequin khaki crosses just look like extra dark khakis.

That is the female i got the eggs from. She was way darker and turned light colored this summer. And yes that is the harlequin that they hang with. Hes a good looking dude.

It sucks the call duck got eaten by an owl. Otherwise i would just pair him with a khaki female and hatch a few eggs to find out. I would love to figure it out. I have so many people that want some if i can do it. I had a guy the other day offer me 50 bucks for one

Since they hatched right on the 28th day they cant be that muscovy correct. All the eggs hatched within a day of eachother. This is him when he first hatched. Even had yellow wing tips. Also both the welsh harequin and call drakes have bright orange legs. And the khaki has dark brown. Notice...

I got the call duck and welsh male in the late spring and started collecting eggs in early june. Its so weird we were all baffled when they hatched. Lol
