    Flock of 9 Hens 1 year old and not Laying!!! HELP!!!

    Did these chickens ever start laying? I have the same problem right now. I have about 15 hens. All raised from chicks. They are a year old and have never layed a single egg. We have everything set up right. They get fed twice a day and always have access to water. I don't want to get rid of them...

    Did yours starts laying? I got mine as chicks in April and STILL are not laying.

    I have had my hens for about 6.5 months and they are not laying. And we have about 25. I have 2 Rhode Island Reds and the rest are mixed between Barred Rocks and Australops. I know in winter laying decreases but I don't want to keep them all winter if they aren't going to start laying at all...
