    I just purchased 7 chickens that were raised in cages. They have blunted beaks and long nails as well as missing feathers. My question is this, is there anything I need to do or can do to help them get back to the "normal" chicken look?

    Hello to all!! I am very glad I found this site. It has been a long time since I had chickens. Where I am building the run and coop is located in a primarily shady spot. Has anyone here noticed any difference in their chickens when they live in shade most of the time?
