A few years ago I purchased some Ameraucana chickens from John Blem from Birch Run, Michigan. I have one on his line left and would love to get some more. They were the BEST laying chickens! Has anyone heard of John Blem of Birch Run and know how to contact him???- ijon

Heart breaking day on the farm...
How things have changed. When I was a teenager we had a dog come in and wipe my mom's goose and duck population. Dog warden came assessed the situation and handed me some twelve gauge shells. Not today. Dog today gets caught with chicken in its mouth and we argue about.- ijon
