    Thank you so much. And I was just holding him and the smell is gone. I hope the smell was bacterial and the antibiotic is working. After reading that article, I agree with you, I don’t think it’s canker. I love this little guy so much. Hopefully he is strong enough to push through it.

    Tired of feeding freeloaders

    I stopped the rats from eating my feed using the Grandpa Feeder. However, your idea of the plywood box with an automatic door is great! You could accommodate whichever feeder your hens like and have it accessible only when they are out.
