    Polish hen blinded by giant headcrest!

    I just trimmed ours tonight...they did seem to be a little lost. Excited to see how they will act in the morning.... Quote: And that is what one of them reminded me of.....made me LOL literally!! Not good at this forum stuff, but I will get the hang of it.

    I know! We lost all of our hosta this summer! They were always my favorite plants, will have to find an alternate new fav now.

    It has hardware cloth there also. I just used the burlap to cut down on the wind for winter. Thanks for the warning though!

    How many chickens can I put in my coop?

    We have 14 medium sized hens and 7 bantams. We just purchased a 4x6 coop with 3 nesting boxes for them. They were previously housed in part of our shed which was larger for them. Do you think this will be a problem?
