Thank you! It’s still going strong with very little maintenance.

    MARYLAND THREAD!

Check out Municode. Additionally, if you live in the Pines, you probably fall under the Ocean Pines Association rules and Worcester County rules. Not sure though.

    Our Coop Coming Along

Your build was very nicely executed! It looks great! I like to see the variations of the iconic original design. I am thinking about adding a functional cupola to mine for additional ventilation.

    MARYLAND THREAD!

We added a rooster to our flock late last summer and he is maturing nicely. I'm hoping to get an incubator by the spring so the kids can get the experience.

    Coop Build Advice

https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/eastern-shore-classic-coop.73500/ Check out the coop I built. It's roughly the same size you are looking for. It could be modified to fit you concrete pad. I'd be happy to answer any questions. Having a poured slab should make your built that much easier.

Thank you! I see you are from WNY? My wife and I grew up in Cuba, NY. Go Bills! Good luck with your build!

    Roosting boxes

I would certainly say so. Most ratios list 1 box for 3-4 hens. I'm sure you could get away with 3 for now.

    Roosting boxes

I have two boxes for 7 hens, filled with large pine shavings. They always lay in the boxes and I've had maybe two cracked eggs in a year.
