Your build was very nicely executed! It looks great! I like to see the variations of the iconic original design. I am thinking about adding a functional cupola to mine for additional ventilation.
We added a rooster to our flock late last summer and he is maturing nicely. I'm hoping to get an incubator by the spring so the kids can get the experience.

Check out the coop I built. It's roughly the same size you are looking for. It could be modified to fit you concrete pad. I'd be happy to answer any questions. Having a poured slab should make your built that much easier.
