    How old are these chicks?

    I believe these are Black Copper Marans. I have had them for 2 weeks, but I am unsure how old they were. Can anyone help? Thank you!

    Umm yeah...he's a rooster. Got a series of crows this morning. They were garbled, but definitely crows! Kev, was right, the feathering is starting to come in. I will post another pic later today. you can really see the hackles and saddles in the sunlight. Thank you all!

    Thank you for the info. S/he has not crowed but she is the loudest "talker" in the group :) and definitely the top of the pecking order. Her body shape and feathering are the same as my pullets, but the coloring was throwing me off.
