Large growth on breast of Wyandotte

One of my six hens has a large growth (see pix) on the front of her breast, and it hangs and sways in front of her as she walks. It was there a few months ago, then it seemed to deflate, and now it's back. She is not acting sick at all, and even picks at her own feathers on the growth, as some...

Can't wait to get my daily chuckle watching this parade!!! (Glad you have two categories this year . . . seems only fair since the Frizzles look outrageously alien to most breeds at molt, and would have certainly pulled off another win this year.) Looking for the most perplexed and embarrased...

Coop Builders - What would you have changed or done differently?

You call that MILD??? How do you manage with all those wonderful little creatures . . . don't they mind? You must have a smart way of keeping them warm.

Thanks! Loved looking at your FARM . . . awesome. My Dad was from Rogersville, N.B., but unfortunately I've never been there. Hope to visit the area some day . . . I'm originally from New England, so used to the cooler weather.

Coop Builders - What would you have changed or done differently?

Although my coop is quite makeshift, there's a couple of things I haven't seen throughout BYC, so I'll tell about them . . . It all started with my creating a 4x10 coop next to my shed, with panels and chicken wire (I have two panels to insert when weather gets cold on both sides of the two...
