In the event that some of your birds get sick(and die or culled). Are the sick birds now unfit for human consumption? If so how do you dispose of their carcasses?

Is it necessary that chicks(ordered or no) be vaccinated for Marek's Disease, or is it possible to take precautionary measures that would avoid exposing the chicks to chemicals and still give them ample protection against disease?
