    Thanks! I did the worming and his poops do look better now. Took a few days for him to make firmer poops and the red bits to get less. Poor chickens!

    He’s a chicken, 7 months. My other chickens sometimes do cecal poops but this one is also more watery blood as pictured past two days over night, and I’ve only had him a week, so I’m not sure if it’s just normal for him. Or not..

    Yes, this is an emergency, you need to keep her inside and bathe the wound as described above, cut away any feathers that are messy, antibiotics would be a good idea too.
