    Your chickens will be ok. We feed our chickens left over all the time and they live long healthy lives. So what if they get soft poop they won’t die from it. Let them have fun!

    Free range vs run

    My chicken coop is Weasel proof, Rat proof, Racoon proof, Coyote proof, etc. (Except mice proof) My run is made of thick Hard Wire on all sides including the floor it was originally made to keep Large Parrots with strong beaks. Converted Aviary into a Chicken coop.

    Predator took all 5 hens last night! I feel horrible!

    it So sorry for your loss. This happened to us a couple of times and lost a few and a couple I’ve had to stich up and they’ve survived. Now I have a calendar reminder on my phone every night and also Alexa reminds me as well. So far so good! 😊

    Hi Cyprus, here is a pic of my aviary converted into a chicken coop. Again the dimension is 12’ Long x 4’ Wide x 6’ High I want to make the end the hen house so maybe covering the sides and Making a bottom. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Benjamin
