One of ours started around 20 weeks. We are now approaching 25 weeks and I don't believe they are all laying yet. I have 9 Barred and 3 Brahma. I get about 7 consistently every day for about a week now. The eggs are starting to get bigger so that makes us excited.

Our First Lady has begun to lay!! She has given us three eggs over six days. We are so excited but can't wait until she produces more and for the other 11 ladies to join in the fun.
They will come back to their coop at dusk naturally. You won't have to herd them. They instinctually go back to their safe place when it starts to get dark.
